Using Tabby
Tabby helps people record shared expenses, calculate splits, track balances, and optionally use casual mini-games as part of a group decision. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for resolving real-world payments with the people involved.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining control of the sign-in methods connected to your Tabby account. Do not use Tabby to impersonate another person, access another user's data without authorization, or interfere with the service.
Expenses and settlements
Tabby is a recordkeeping and coordination tool. It is not a bank, payment processor, lender, escrow service, or financial adviser. Balances shown in the app reflect the expense data supplied by users and may require correction if that data is incomplete or inaccurate.
Optional games
Games in Tabby are optional entertainment features used to help a group make a decision. They do not involve real-money wagering, prizes from Tabby, or gambling services. Users remain responsible for any agreement they make with one another.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid Tabby subscription. Store pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund rules are handled through the applicable app marketplace and will be shown before purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not use Tabby to send spam, harass others, distribute unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, abuse invitations or reminders, or disrupt the service. We may rate-limit or restrict activity to protect users and infrastructure.
Availability
We work to keep Tabby reliable, but features may change and service may occasionally be unavailable. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
